Prism Publication

How do you submit a chat ad?

Submit the campaign you already run. A person reviews it. We place a labeled card next to chatbot replies only when someone is already asking about that product. This page is for brands and agencies. Submitting and testing is free. Once approved, going live costs prepaid click credit. You only pay for clicks a real card actually gets, and you buy that credit yourself on your campaign's own page after approval, not automatically here.

Submit your campaign

Fill this in instead of writing an email. Free to submit. Any category is welcome as long as it clears the brand-safety rules below. A person reviews every submission before anything can run. No payment here. You'll get a link to your own campaign page, where you buy prepaid click credit once it's approved.

Prefer email? Write to [email protected] with the same details.

What do you send us?

The live campaign, not a blank brief. Include the category, a card title, one short description, an https destination, the brand or product name that should appear on the sponsored label, and a daily or lifetime cap. One offer per turn. Topic text describes the product. Do not encode a user demographic into the tags.

Send that package to [email protected]. If a category is not on this page, treat it as blocked until we say otherwise. A sample card on the homepage shows the shape, not a live auction.

Which categories are open today?

Any category that clears brand safety, reviewed by a person. Fitness, travel, and health and wellness are a few examples, not a fixed list. See what we won't run for the actual rules.

What does the user see on the card?

A sponsored label with your brand or product name, not Prism. Title, description, and a destination they can tap. The assistant reply still has to make sense if someone removes the card. Destinations must be https.

Frequency is a publisher setting on the bot, not something you set by stuffing extra cards into one turn. House Amazon sample links on the homepage sandbox are a demo catalog. A funded campaign uses your creative and your brand on the badge.

When will the ad show?

Only when the question is already about that product. If it is not, the bot still answers and we stay silent. Matching has to finish fast enough that the chat does not stall (under 120 milliseconds). If we cannot decide in time, no card. No card means no bill.

Engineers measure closeness with a 0.65 similarity floor. You can quote that internally. For a media lead, the same rule is: show the offer when the user is already shopping that category. See the developer contract if your tech team is wiring a bot.

How does this sit next to Google Ad Manager?

Google Ad Manager is available. Keep GAM for the sites and apps you already traffic. Prism does not replace that stack. On independent chatbots, the publisher SDK fans out to GAM and Prism in the same 120 millisecond budget. A GAM card wins if both return a fill. The badge still uses your brand or product name, not Prism.

We do not ask you to throw away GAM line items to try chat. Email [email protected] if that is how you already buy.

What will you not run?

We reject weapons, explosives, and political campaigning, and we reject copy that impersonates the assistant. Gambling is allowed, but only with proper licensing, KYC compliance, and confirmed legality in your state and country. That always gets a manual look, never an automatic approval. Alcohol and adult products stay off bots that are not age-gated 18+. We do not sell medical or legal advice as a bot recommendation.

If the creative fails review, it does not enter the pool. Exhausted budgets leave the pool. Ask before you assume a new category is allowed.

How does review work?

You draft. A person checks this list. We approve, reject with a reason, or ask for a rewrite. After approval, you set your own budget and buy prepaid click credit on your campaign's own page (the link you got when you submitted) to go live. It serves while credit lasts and it's close enough to the user's question. No separate insertion order, no fixed rate card, you choose the amount on that page.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to submit or test an ad?

Nothing. Submitting a campaign and testing it against real questions in the live chat are both free, no card, no fee, no obligation. You only pay if you choose to go live.

What does pay per click actually mean here?

Once approved, you set your own budget: add prepaid credit in whatever amount you choose, $5.00 minimum. Every real click on your sponsored card deducts a flat amount from that credit. A card that shows but isn't clicked costs nothing, and a turn where no card shows at all costs nothing.

Why isn't this priced per 1,000 impressions?

Impression pricing (CPM) charges you every time an ad is shown, whether or not anyone acts on it. A card here only shows when a visitor is already asking about that exact product, so a raw view count wouldn't tell you much. Pay per click charges you only when someone actually follows through, tying your cost to the outcome that matters instead of to how often the card was displayed.

What happens when my credit runs out?

Your campaign stops showing automatically. Nothing goes negative, and nothing bills again on its own. Add more credit on your campaign's own page whenever you want to go live again.

Is there bidding or an auction?

No. The price per click is flat, not a bid, and you are not competing on price against other advertisers for the same click.

Is the money I add already spent?

No. What you add is your own prepaid credit, not our revenue. It only counts as spent when a real click draws it down. Unused credit can be refunded on request, see terms.

How do you stop fake or fraudulent clicks from draining my credit?

A click only bills your credit if it comes from a real chat session that was actually shown your card first, a cold hit on the click link with no real match behind it is never charged. Each session can bill at most one click per ad, so a refresh or repeat click on the same card doesn't charge twice. The live chat itself is also rate-limited per visitor, which caps how many billable clicks one source could ever generate.
